Please join us for lunch honoring our club and recognizing our members with special anniversaries on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

11.30-12.00: Registration and aperitif with amuses of the chef

12:00-15:00: Founders Day luncheon

For the luncheon, we'll be having a 3-course meal from which you may select your choice for each course.

All drinks (except spirits) are included.

Starter, of choice

Slow-cooked veal, cooked in broth with a light, creamy tuna sauce

or 

Scottish salmon tartare with wakame, wasabi, citrus, dill & crispy

or 

Beetroot carpaccio, goat cheese cream & pistachio (vegetarian)

Main, of choice

Lomo Iberico Pata Negra, young carrot, Swiss chard, sauce with figs, sage & truffle gratin 

or

Catch of the day, beurre blanc, North Sea shrimp, tomato, samphire & baby potatoes

or

Fresh ravioli with porcini mushrooms & a light creamy truffle sauce (vegetarian)

Dessert, of choice

Sabayon, prepared with marsala, white wine and vanilla ice cream

or

Semifreddo with strawberries 

or

Panna Cotta with red fruits

Pricing

Members: 68 euros per person (all drinks included)

FAWCO Club Members: 89 euros per person

Non-Members/Guests: 89 euros per person

You may bring 1 guest who pays the non-member price.

There is a parking lot on-site. 

BUS 60 goes from the center to Schoten.
